I was lucky enough to be introduced to Katie by a long time friend of mine who is her brother. We relocated to Michigan from Alaska and were looking for property to build our forever home on and a house to live in while we built. She helped us tackle the land purchase first and was so great about going out and tromping through the woods checking out different big parcels of land. We found an amazing 35 acre forested lot to build on that had a very complicated past as far as previous deeds and quit-claims. Her knowledge came in very handy in getting the legal matters settled so we would not have any complications later on. Katie was also very patient with us when it came to house hunting too. She found the perfect mix of "fixer-upper" and "move-in ready" we were looking for to get us out of the rental we were in and help us start building equity we could use towards building our dream house on that 35 acres in the forest. I'm so glad we met Katie and I'm so glad to be able to call her friend. When the time comes to sell the house we're in now and move into the house we're building, we know we can trust her to find the right buyers for it. I can't imagine anyone else being able to meet all our needs like Katie did.
